NS Florida provides immigration assistance services and is not a law firm. Our staff are not licensed attorneys. For complex immigration legal matters, we recommend consulting a licensed immigration attorney. NS Florida shall not be held liable for delays or outcomes resulting from government processing times, policy changes, or incomplete information provided by the client.
Payment Terms
Service fees are due as outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of NS Florida and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
